What you're buying
A one-off, personalised written plan generated by AI (Anthropic's Claude) from your answers, for £49. It's delivered by email, usually within 10 minutes of you submitting your answers. The plan is general guidance. All figures are estimates, and it isn't legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. You're responsible for decisions you make based on it.
Refunds
If the plan isn't useful to you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. If your plan doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll resend it or refund you.
What data we collect
- Payment and contact details (name, email, billing details), collected and processed by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
- Your answers to the questionnaire.
How we use it
- Your answers are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your plan, which is then emailed to you via Resend. The site runs on Vercel.
- We don't keep your answers in a database. A copy of your plan is kept in our email so we can help with questions and refunds.
- Stripe keeps payment records, which we must retain for accounting.
- We don't sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.
Please don't include personal data about your customers or staff (names, health details and so on) in your answers. Describe roles and processes instead.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations. Email christopherjameselder@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
